HOW DO YOU HAVE SUCH COMPETITIVE PRICES?

We are a family owned and run Australian business. We source all our stock directly from the major manufacturers and keep our overheads low by selling directly from our warehouses, allowing us to pass the cost savings on to our customers.

WHAT CLEARANCE ITEMS DO YOU HAVE?

You can see some of our clearance items listed here online. However, we have many more options available in store. Clearance stock consists of excess and run-out stock direct from the manufacturers and our range of clearance items is constantly changing, therefore, we are unable to list them all online. A number of the models in our core range of mattresses are also available in clearance run-out fabrics, enabling us to keep our prices as low as possible.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all cards (including AMEX), cash payments and bank transfer. We also have Afterpay and Zippay available in store at both locations!

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery cost is dependent on the suburb. Our delivery charges online are broad to cover a wide range of different areas (within 5kms of either store is free for orders of $200 or more, 5-20kms from either store $80, 20-50kms from either store $100). We may be able to offer a cheaper delivery rate in store. For a suburb specific delivery quote please contact us and we'll be happy to help you out. Deliveries further than 50kms will still be possible but please contact us for a quote.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In most cases, local delivery (Melbourne and surrounding suburbs) can be done on the same day or within 24 hours of your purchase.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our return policy is in adherence with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major problem. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if the problem does not constitute a major problem. We are not required to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the product has a problem which you are made aware of prior to purchase.
